Heating/Cooling Pad

Hot or Cold Pads. Examples of uses could be over your shoulder, back of your neck, on your belly, or under your covers by your feet. 

The pad can be put in a microwave to heat up, starting at 1 minute and can be increased at 30 second increments not to exceed 2 minutes. Or place in ziploc type bag and put in freezer for cooling.  Pad is not washable. Avoid getting wet.

Each pad comes with a removable cover made of 100% cotton material so pad can be microwaved with the cover on. Cover is machine washable.
